I too worked for Nordstrom what is now light years ago in the Seattle area. The co.influenced me greatly. I always was a people person, but as a company they defined what customer service was truly about. It's not just talking the talk, it's follow through and actions. Many years later I worked for another co. known for their customer relations & that is Starbucks. I didn't think I had anything more to learn about people, but I came away with more ease to be able to connect with our patrons on a different level. Seeing them everyday gives one the opportunity to connect with them on a deeper level. How are the kids, the dog, Auntie Sylvia? Your father sounded like a magnificent role-model for your brand success, he laid the perfect foundation for you. With Mr. Leahy on board & your tenacity, I don't see how you cannot succeed. I've found that success is truly built upon your relationships, networking and your people skills. Your logo by the way is excellent. Best of everything to you Rachel.Dumbwit Tellherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18148671166061931241noreply@blogger.com
